Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of StackUp, a service provided by GrowLab Ltd.

Last updated: 23 April 2026

1. About StackUp

StackUp is a website planning, design, and development service operated by GrowLab Ltd. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean GrowLab Ltd and the StackUp service.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit enquiries, provide project information, and upload supporting files. You must not misuse the website or upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading content.

3. Enquiries and project information

Information submitted through our forms helps us understand your project and respond appropriately. Submission of an enquiry or brief does not itself create a binding service contract unless and until we separately agree scope, fees, and terms.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are authorised to share any files, logos, brand assets, or content submitted;
  • materials provided by you do not infringe third-party rights;
  • you respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and clarifications within reasonable timeframes.

5. Services, scope, and changes

Any actual service engagement will be subject to an agreed scope, timeline, and fee arrangement. Changes outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines, pricing, or a separate written agreement.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, payment schedules, and any additional charges will be set out separately in a proposal, quotation, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing intellectual property belonging to either party remains that party’s property. Ownership of final deliverables, source files, code, and licences will be governed by the specific project agreement.

8. Acceptable uploads and content

You must not upload files containing unlawful material, malware, or content you are not authorised to share. We may remove, reject, or refuse to use submitted materials where we reasonably believe they create legal, security, or operational risk.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and pre-contract enquiry tools are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability will be limited as set out in the relevant client agreement.

10. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we act as a processor on behalf of a client, additional contractual data protection terms may apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
